1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk4o ("pk4o", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pk4o.com. By creating a pk4o account, logging in through the pk4o Login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the pk4o platform, you conclusively confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the pk4o Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of your overall agreement with pk4o. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, game-specific rules, or other supplementary documentation published on pk4o , these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by pk4o.

These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative version for all legal purposes.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk4o platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of pk4o:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pk4o strictly prohibits use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21. pk4o reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to pk4o's satisfaction.
• Jurisdiction: You must access pk4o from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk4o is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or are otherwise restricted from entering into contracts under applicable law are not eligible to use pk4o.
• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one pk4o account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with that individual and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, voluntary ban, or any other exclusion order with pk4o or any other gambling operator at the time of registration or use.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of pk4o services — including casino games, the sportsbook, live dealer tables, and payment facilities — you must register a player account through the pk4o Login and registration process. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information reasonably requested by pk4o. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk4o login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk4o will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your pk4o account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk4o's customer support team immediately via [email protected]. pk4o will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.
• KYC Verification: pk4o is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be required to provide copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your use of pk4o. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one registered account on pk4o. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk4o are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. pk4o supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. The following terms govern all financial transactions on pk4o:

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk4o account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds. pk4o does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pk4o accepts no responsibility.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the pk4o cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at pk4o's discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the pk4o cashier. Standard withdrawal processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically faster than bank transfer methods. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding or where pk4o's fraud prevention procedures require additional review.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your pk4o account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity. pk4o reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time and to restrict or close accounts where satisfactory documentation is not provided.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on pk4o are denominated in PKR. pk4o is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. pk4o reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as published in the pk4o fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

5Bonuses & Promotions

pk4o offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. The following general rules apply to all pk4o bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and, where applicable, the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, pk4o bonuses are limited to one per player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. pk4o reserves the right to withdraw bonuses where it determines that these limits have been circumvented.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are subject to expiry periods as stated in each promotion. Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the specified expiry period will be forfeited without notice.
• Abuse Prevention: pk4o reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where pk4o reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other activity designed to exploit pk4o's promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Where a bonus is active on your account, withdrawal of your real-money balance may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements have been met, or until you elect to forfeit the bonus. The mechanics of this restriction are explained in the pk4o cashier section.

6Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across pk4o's sportsbook and casino products. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the pk4o platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pk4o. pk4o reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet was placed after an event's result was known, where a system error affected odds or bet placement, or where pk4o suspects irregular betting activity.
• Odds: Odds displayed on pk4o are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted and displayed in your bet confirmation. All odds are displayed in decimal format by default.
• Cricket Betting: Cricket and PSL betting markets on pk4o are governed by the cricket betting rules published within the pk4o sportsbook. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement rules specific to cricket apply and are available within the sportsbook section of pk4o.
• Void Bets: pk4o reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a manifest error in odds, a technical malfunction, or where the integrity of a market has been compromised. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your pk4o account balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the relevant betting interface on pk4o. pk4o reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts at its discretion.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk4o and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or using more than one pk4o account, whether in your own name or using the identity or details of any other person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with pk4o.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access, interact with, or exploit pk4o's games, betting markets, or promotional systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit pk4o's systems.
• Depositing or using funds that are the proceeds of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pk4o's platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens pk4o's staff, other players, or any third party connected with pk4o's operations.
• Accessing or attempting to access pk4o from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8Intellectual Property

All content published on the pk4o platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and the overall structure and presentation of the pk4o website and applications — is the exclusive property of pk4o or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pk4o's platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any pk4o content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pk4o software;
• Use pk4o's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent from pk4o;
• Frame or mirror any part of pk4o on any other website or application without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pk4o's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of pk4o's rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. pk4o will take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property rights.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk4o's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• No Warranty: pk4o provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk4o makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, game, or service provided on pk4o.
• Service Interruptions: pk4o does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability. pk4o will not be liable for any loss arising from temporary platform unavailability.
• Maximum Liability: To the extent that pk4o has any liability to you, that liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pk4o account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Exclusion of Consequential Loss: Under no circumstances shall pk4o be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pk4o has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk4o's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10Responsible Gaming

pk4o is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your pk4o account at any time. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become effective.
• Loss Limits: You may set loss limits to restrict the amount you can lose within a specified period. Loss limits take immediate effect and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Limits and Reality Checks: You may set session time limits and enable reality check reminders that notify you of the time elapsed during your gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from pk4o for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account on pk4o.
• Cooling-Off: You may request a short-term cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which your pk4o account will be temporarily suspended.

11Termination

Either you or pk4o may terminate your pk4o account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your pk4o account at any time by contacting pk4o customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you have to pk4o.
• Termination by pk4o: pk4o reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) pk4o is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) pk4o has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account; or (d) you fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your licence to use pk4o immediately ceases. Any funds held in your account at the time of termination will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms — legitimate balances will be returned to you following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements, except where forfeiture applies under these Terms.

12Amendments to These Terms

pk4o reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk4o will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on the account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the pk4o platform, no less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk4o platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pk4o and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk4o holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk4o, you should first contact pk4o's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. pk4o aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of pk4o's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
